“I have been going to Feelgood since about 2014. It’s fantastic for me as the location is just down the road from work. Lunchtime classes are a godsend!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Have made good friends with Alison who takes Balance and Zumba. It really feels like a team when I’m in that class. Alison is always wonderful and makes everyone so welcomed.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Jason who takes Pump and Cx-works every now and again will make me get in front of the class with him for tricep or bicep push up’s. It’s always so embarrassing being in front of everyone but it’s also fun as he knows how competitive I am.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Combat is definitely my favorite class, I like to kick some butt! The girls taking it have great energy.”
