Yoga is Here to Stay!
We’ve had such positive feedback on our additional yoga classes that we’ve decided to keep them going for another 10 weeks. So rise and shine! This is your opportunity to ease yourself into becoming that ‘morning workout person’ and reap all the amazing benefits yoga has to offer.
Get your exercise HIIT
Did you see? We now have 4 G30 sessions over the lunch time period! At only 30 minutes, you will still have time to eat your lunch before you run back to work.
Thursday Timetable Change
Going forward, our 12:30 G30 class will be replacing the 12:40 RPM class. Can’t make it? Grit Strength is another great option available at 1:10. If you’d rather spin, Our virtual system is a great option!
Let’s Get Personal
We’re extending out personal training special through to August, when you upgrade to our 13 session program, we’re throwing in 4 sessions extra for free! We recommend doing 2x per week for the first 4 weeks to help you build the habit of coming in regularly and getting the most out of your time here.
